This role will provide technical, hands on assistance on occupational health and safety compliance projects for a wide range of industrial clients.     Types of work and responsibilities will include management, creating,  auditing and  hands on assistance and completion of the following scopes of work as well as the ability to provide sound recommendations and controls based on standards and guidance published by or referenced by OSHA: 

    • Conduct 29 CFR 1910 OSHA compliance audits (alone or with a team) at industrial facilities
    • Develop written 29 CFR 1910 Programs and associated training
    • Develop, implement, and maintain OSHA  process safety management programs in accordance with 29 CFR 1910, 119 (all or in part) at client facilities
    • Complete Process Hazard Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis at client facilities
    • Provide on-site health and safety compliance support at client facilities which may include the implementation  and ands on development of on-site programs such as completing site specific lock out tag out procedures, machine guarding, and confined space entry assessments, pre-start up safety reviews (PSSR), industrial hygiene monitoring, respiratory protection, arc flash, routine inspections, client training and similar support.
    • Prepare and deliver health and safety training in a wide variety of topics
    • Actively participate in HRP’s internal health and safety program
    • Assist environmental compliance team as needs arise

     

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of Degree Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Safety/Fire) or other related field
    • 3-12years of related experience, preferred experience within manufacturing facilities
    • Proven and demonstrated knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Regulations and associated standards (NIOSH, ASTM, NFPA, NEC, etc.)
