Alicia has over 15 years of experience in marketing environmental and engineering consulting services. Her experience includes marketing and business development support in the areas of architecture, civil engineering, site development, remediation, bridge construction, wastewater, and water distribution. Her responsibilities include oversight of corporate and client sector branding, development of industrial, state and federal proposals and qualifications packages, supervision of marketing communications functions, initiation of research and development opportunities, and overseeing HRP’s corporate marketing services personnel.

Gail has over 25 years of experience in site investigation and remediation, groundwater and surface water hydrology and geochemistry, fate and transport of organic and inorganic chemicals in soil and groundwater, conceptual site modeling, site characterization in overburden and fractured bedrock settings, surface water/groundwater interaction, watershed studies and quality assurance/quality control activities, and environmental training.

Jackie, a professional engineer, has over 18 years of experience as an environmental engineering and risk management consultant specializing in the areas of environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance.  As the Corporate Director of EHS, her responsibilities include fostering operational performance to a project and management staff of engineers and scientist. Throughout her career, Jackie has developed a strong working knowledge of the principle federal and state EHS laws and regulations including environmental permitting, waste management, water and stormwater management, chemical and hazard management, and employee health and safety.  Jackie is well known as a compliance trainer and has developed training courses delivered in person and online.  She also has extensive experience in developing and guiding companies in management systems such as various International Standards Organization (ISO) standards. By understanding client's needs and goals, she has been a resourceful liaison and partner to a long list of clients in a variety of business sectors including Higher Education, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Chemical Manufacturing, Petroleum Marketing, Financial Institutions, Developers and Attorneys.


Stephen Brown, PG, LEP

Steve has over 20 years of experience in environmental assessments, subsurface investigation, and implementation of remediation for a broad range of clients, including governmental, private and commercial entities.  He has been involved with the oversight of lead paint, asbestos, microbial contamination and hazmat projects, including PCB projects.  Steve's primary areas of expertise include subsurface geology, groundwater hydrology, geophysics, and asbestos management. In recent years, Steve has focused on large redevelopment projects, involving Brownfield and large school projects, with a focus on the implementation of strategies for both subsurface remediation and building contaminant abatement.


Thomas Battles, PE

Tom has over 28 years of civil engineering and construction experience. His responsibilities include project management related municipal, state and federal, as well as private engineering assignments. These include the design of environmental engineered control systems, stormwater and sanitary engineering design, site development, and state and local bridges/roadways. He currently manages our corporate wide civil engineering services.
