After completion of each of the EHS audit, the HRP Auditor met with the client's key staff. The main purpose of this post-audit meeting was to present the audit findings and resolve any outstanding issues.

Within four (4) weeks of completion of the EHS audit, HRP provided the client with a copy of Draft EHS Audit Reports that were prepared in accordance with the internal audit protocol and formats. Upon review from the facility and corporate EHS, the final EHS Audit Reports was issued to the client. The reports summarized the requirements associated with each environmental or health and safety topic, and detailed HRP’s findings based on the walkthrough and document review. Depending on the authorization status of the state where the facility was located, HRP either referenced the audit findings to federal (USEPA or OSHA) or state regulations (e.g., Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Washington Department of Labor and Industries). HRP provided the facility with a table that prioritizes recommended actions based on risk and severity.
