HRP Continuity of Client Service

 

HRP is closely monitoring the worldwide spread of COVID-19. Although all of our offices are open, we have made arrangements that will allow personnel in all of our offices to work remotely effective Monday March 16, 2020. We have decided to be proactive and take every measure possible to be good corporate citizens and protect the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and communities. Due to the nature and history of our business and services, including emergency response to environmental releases,  we have long been prepared to handle the upcoming challenges by enhancing our IT infrastructure, enabling our technical staff to provide exceptional client service no matter what location we might be working. We will continue to have key personnel at each of our offices to handle direct inquiries.

Our clients now face unprecedented financial and operational challenges, and HRP will always be available to assist with Environmental, Health and Safety needs. We have a history of being nimble, effective  problem solvers, and are well positioned in all offices to continue to bring exceptional services and value to our clients. All stakeholders are required to maintain strict adherence to the CDC’s guidelines regarding sanitation, handwashing, travel, and symptom controls, including self-quarantine, as necessary.

Our clients should continue to expect and receive the highest level of service from HRP. Clients can continue to reach your HRP contacts at regular cell numbers, work numbers, and email accounts as they are all integrated and “ring” simultaneously at all locations.  Protocols and technology is in place for Go-to Meeting, Webinars, and conference calls.
