Mr. Lowry has more than 12 years experience in the coordination and implementation of environmental investigation and remediation projects on industrial, commercial, and municipal sites in Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Lowry’s experience includes various aspects of the environmental project phases, including but not limited to proposal development, subcontractor and field staff coordination, field work, project management, data management, reporting, permitting, remedial design, budget management, and client and regulatory agency correspondence. Mr. Lowry’s field work experience includes subcontractor oversight during drilling, excavation, and general construction activities, characterization and sampling of various environmental media (soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, air), surveying, remedial system operations and maintenance (O&M), and remedial injection oversight. Mr. Lowry relies on a client-focused approach and maintains a strong communications link between clients, project team members, and regulatory agencies.
