Mr. Wilhoit has more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of environmental protection and remediation.  Technical experience includes the assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater, facility investigations, risk assessments, remedial investigation/feasibility studies, dye-tracing, groundwater modeling, and remediation of both petroleum and hazardous waste-impacted sites.  Mr. Wilhoit has worked on numerous projects through Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana, as well as a major project for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia.  He maintains a strong communication link between his clientele; his staff, design team and projects engineers, the project team members, as well as local government agencies. Mr. Wilhoit’s strong expertise lies in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation. In the past few years, he has taught several courses to Saudi Aramco, including Aramco’s Environmental Protection Department (EPD) personnel, as well as numerous Aramco plant managers throughout the Kingdom.  He has also consulted Aramco’s EPD on several planned assessment and remediation projects.  In 2017, Mr. Wilhoit also became a Global Instructor for the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
