Dan has 28 years experience in environmental consulting. He has an extensive background in hydrogeology with experience in regional ground water and geological characterization, site investigation, program design, project supervision, and business development, including proposal preparation. He is experienced in regulatory and client communication, including report writing and quality assurance reviews. He develops and implements ground water monitoring programs; collects and integrates field data, and prepares documentation. He manages hydrogeological investigations, site remediation projects, and regulatory permitting jobs and performs field activities as well as computer based diagnostics and is experienced in RCRA, CERCLA, and in serving as liaison with State regulators.

Mr. Lemire is a Professional Engineer with over twenty years of experience specializing in civil and environmental engineering.  His expertise lies in civil site design, low impact development and hydraulic and hydrologic engineering (H&H) including scour analysis. Mr. Lemire’s skills and experience include stormwater design/permitting, Federal/State/Local permitting and compliance, utility design and coordination, preparation of bid documents, site specifications, cost  estimates, engineering cost estimates, construction administration, demolition plans, and directing field operations. Mr. Lemire has also completed designs for UST and AST upgrades and fueling systems.

Jake is a Senior Project Engineer with 13 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EH&S) consulting. Mr. Smith has a vast understanding EH&S regulations (i.e., OSHA, US EPA, State regulations) and a number of consensus references (NFPA, ANSI, ASTM) as well as health based exposure guidelines and assessment strategies provided through ACGIH and NIOSH.  Mr. Smith focuses on Environmental and OSHA general industry compliance auditing, development and implementation of EH&S programs and standard operating procedures, process safety management compliance, occupations exposure assessments and industrial hygiene studies, and health and safety training.  He also serves as HRP’s Corporate Safety Officer.

Ms. Cramer has been responsible for environmental health and safety compliance for facilities throughout the United States, Europe, Canada and Australia. Ms. Cramer’s EH&S Projects include a wide variety of areas such as industrial hygiene sampling, ergonomic assessments, EH&S auditing, program development and implementation, permitting, training and compliance reporting. In addition to her EH&S projects Ms. Cramer has been the Campus Director and Recruiter for a State of Connecticut approved Occupational Training School specializing in EH&S studies.

Phil is a professional hydrogeologist and project manager with more than 35 years in the environmental consulting industry. Mr. Warner’s project management experience includes managing industrial site investigations at various types of facilities, including office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and commercial complexes across the country. Phil's expertise includes hydrogeologic investigation and remedial action aspects of soil and groundwater contamination, site assessments, site characterization, contaminant fate and transport studies, landfill investigations, RCRA facility investigations, underground storage tank removal and closure, exploration for high-yield water supply wells, town-wide water supply protection studies, water budgets for lake studies and public water supplies, gravel quarry operation studies, negotiations with regulatory agencies, and expert witness testimony.

Rich has more than 15 years of experience in performing a myriad of environmental services ranging from Phase I/II/III site assessments to remediation and post-remediation groundwater monitoring. Rich is also well-versed in all phases of environmental field work. His notable professional experience includes management of environmental efforts at a site in Fairfield, CT where he managed the remediation of 37,000 tons of polluted soil, analysis of over 2,000 sediment samples within the Mill River, and implementation of Connecticut’s largest environmental dredging project in recent time. Rich has developed a solid rapport with a number of regulators, attorneys, contractors, businesses, and the public that have proven to be beneficial assets while managing complicated environmental projects.
