Training

This half day course is designed for both associates that will be conducting internal audits and managers that are responsible for the outcome of either internal or Registrar audits.  This class MUST be taken in conjunction with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System training class (immediately prior) in order to ensure participants have training in both the requirements of ISO 14001 and in auditing techniques.  Certificate will be provided upon completion of in-class exercises and a test.

Course Objectives:

• Understand the purpose and benefit of the internal audit process
• Learn how to develop an audit plan
• Practice audit techniques
• Know the common mistakes with closing meetings, report writing and corrective actions
• Achieve training qualifications for internal auditing
