HRP Associates Adds Staff in Winston-Salem

April 6, 2023 (Winston-Salem, NC) − HRP Associates Inc. (HRP), an environmental engineering and hydrogeology firm in Winston-Salem, announces the addition of Jonathan Borntrager as a Corporate Health and Safety Officer.

“HRP is pleased to welcome Jonathan into our collaborative team of professionals serving clients from the Carolina’s offices,” said Tad A. Goetcheus, PE, COO/President. “We are excited about the skills and extensive health & safety experience he brings to our team and look forward to continuous improvement and dedication to employee health & safety, and the existence of additional services for our clients, as he helps meet their needs on high-level and complex safety and risk assessment projects.”

Borntrager’s responsibilities include overall Corporate Health & Safety of the company at large, as well as internal and external services such as accident investigations, OSHA 501/502 training, fall protection, HAZWOPER and confined space training, risk assessments, industrial hygiene, noise assessments, and health & safety risk management of HRP’s remediation and investigation practice.  His other areas of expertise include job safety analysis and employee safety.

Borntrager is a graduate of East Carolina University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene and a master’s degree in Occupational Safety.
