Women’s Employee Resource Group (WERG)

The Women’s Employee Resource Group, led by passionate employees who meet monthly, is dedicated to advancing inclusion, equality, and support for women in the workplace. Through thoughtful programming, events, and policy-focused discussions, the group creates space for meaningful dialogue and growth.

Their work champions equitable opportunities, elevates women’s voices, and strengthens a culture where everyone can thrive. By driving awareness and fostering community, the WERG plays a vital role in shaping a more inclusive and empowering environment for all.

Employee Engagement (312) Committee

The Employee Engagement Committee, made up of dedicated employees, meets monthly to plan activities that bring our “Work Hard, Play Hard” philosophy to life. By creating a year‑round calendar of events, the committee helps uphold our 3:12 tradition—reminding us that stepping away to recharge fuels stronger performance.

Their work encourages balance, connection, and moments of fun, ensuring everyone has opportunities to refresh, engage, and stay motivated throughout the year.

 

Wellness Committee

The Wellness Committee, made up of employees who meet monthly, is dedicated to promoting health awareness and supporting overall well‑being across the organization. Through resources, educational initiatives, and action‑oriented programs, the committee empowers employees to make informed health choices.

The Financial Education Resource Group (FERG) is dedicated to helping employees deepen their understanding of personal finance and make informed financial decisions.
