Jake is a Senior Project Manager with 16 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EH&S) consulting. Mr. Smith has a vast understanding EH&S regulations (i.e., OSHA, US EPA, State regulations) and a number of consensus references (NFPA, ANSI, ASTM) as well as health based exposure guidelines and assessment strategies provided through ACGIH and NIOSH.  Mr. Smith focuses on Environmental and OSHA general industry compliance auditing, development and implementation of EH&S programs and standard operating procedures, process safety management compliance, occupations exposure assessments and industrial hygiene studies, and health and safety training.  He also serves as HRP’s Corporate Safety Officer.
