Tom has over 30 years of civil engineering and construction experience. His responsibilities include project management related municipal, state and federal, as well as private engineering assignments. These include the design of environmental engineered control systems, stormwater and sanitary engineering design, site development, and state and local bridges/roadways. He currently manages our corporate wide civil engineering services.
