Course Overview
In this course, we will discuss the universal waste regulations and how they apply to generators and handlers of universal waste.
Specifically, the objective of this course is to allow you a better understanding of:
- What is universal waste
- What wastes may be managed as universal waste
- How must a generator/handler manage its universal waste
This course has been revised and updated to reflect the February 2020 addition of aerosol cans to the federal universal waste program.
