This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how HRP Associates, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (together, “HRP,” “we” or “us”) will use any personal information collected from you as you use and navigate / and any other services offered through this domain (the “Site”). Technical Information

When you access the Site, we receive information from your device or from server log files. This information may include your domain name, browser type, IP address, device information, the amount of time you spend on the Site, and the pages you viewed on the Site, as well as other information.  

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

HRP does not track visitors across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising; as a result, we do not respond to Do Not Track request.

Information Submitted Through the Site

In certain instances, we may ask you to provide us with personal information. For example, if you submit an inquiry to us via the “Connect” page on our Site, we may ask for personal information such as your name, email address, and telephone number. In addition, our web server logs files and records log-in traffic that may contain personal information such as first and last names and email addresses input by users logging into our client and employee access environments. We may also ask you to provide your email address, name and other personal information if you choose to subscribe to our mailing list. You will have the option to unsubscribe to our mailing list through an unsubscribe mechanism included in each email.

Please be aware that we are do not manage or monitor the privacy policies of these third-party websites, nor do we make any representations regarding the privacy or data collection practices of such websites. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION

We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). The Site and the services advertised and discussed on the Site are not targeted at users under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect information from users under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete this data from our records.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California’s “Shine the Light” law (embodied at California Civil Code Section 1798.83) permits our website visitors who are California residents to request and obtain from us certain details regarding any of their personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Such a request may be made once per year and will be free of charge. Any controversy, claim, or action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the State of Connecticut in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
