HRP Associates Adds Staff in Farmington

September 8th, 2026

HRP Associates Inc. (HRP), an environmental engineering and hydrogeology firm in Farmington, announces the addition of Ella A. as an Associate Consultant.

“HRP is pleased to welcome Ella Adams to our Connecticut Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) team,” said David Webster, Senior Project Manager. “Ella is a recent graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Environmental Engineering and has already earned her Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification. In addition to her academic achievements, Ella gained valuable consulting experience through an environmental engineering internship, where she worked on stormwater design and AutoCAD-based projects. She also served as a project lead for the University of Florida’s Engineers Without Borders team in Nepal, guiding a collaborative effort to improve local water quality and infrastructure. Ella has expressed a strong interest in compliance and environmental engineering, making her an excellent fit for HRP’s growing stormwater and wastewater compliance, permitting, and engineering services. We are excited to have her join our team.”

In her role at HRP, Ella will support the development and implementation of EH&S compliance programs and permitting initiatives, with a particular focus on stormwater and wastewater compliance. She will work closely with our compliance engineering team on permitting, registrations, sampling, inspections, and related regulatory requirements. As her experience grows, Ella will expand her involvement in other EH&S service areas, including Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance, industrial hygiene, and OSHA-related programs.

“I am extremely excited to join the HRP team because I want to make a lasting impact on communities by helping to protect and improve the environment,” said Ella. “As a recent college graduate, I look forward to learning more about Connecticut environmental regulations and growing my experience alongside such a knowledgeable and accomplished team.”

Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.
