HRP Associates Inc. (HRP), an environmental engineering and hydrogeology firm in Buffalo, announces the addition of Colin D. as a Field Technician.

“HRP is pleased to welcome Colin, the Buffalo office’s first hire and one of HRP NY’s first field technicians in the environmental practice,” said John Gorman, Associate Project Manager.  “Colin is joining us from a laboratory background and is kicking off his consulting career with HRP. Colin will be assisting the NY office conducting Phase I/Phase IIs, as well as being a large part of working through our extensive NYSDEC workload in Corning. Colin will also be helping with PFAS drinking water sampling in the northeast.”

Colin will be responsible for overseeing construction and remedial activities, and sampling media across the state.

“I’m excited to work at HRP,” said Colin. “I want to be part of a team that has a meaningful impact in the communities they are a part of. Having lived in Buffalo, NY my whole life, I enjoy seeing communities—and the people in them—stay safe and healthy.”

Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science from Allegheny College.
