HRP developed RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Materials educational modules for initial and refresher training that could be loaded onto the client’s pre-existing LMS. The content was created in accordance with applicable regulations and in cooperation of the facility to incorporate site-specific requirements as appropriate. The training material consisted of a visual format (slideshow presentation), recorded audio supported by a written script describing the information presented, competency verification test questions, and supplemental materials. Prior to completing this scope of work, the client was mobilizing training resources to the site at least quarterly to ensure all new hires were trained within prescribed timelines. With this training, the facility can ensure timely and efficient training of its existing and newly hired employees.
